END-USER LICENSE

Unless declared or individually permitted otherwise, CRICKETT articles and other content is intended for personal, non-commercial use by its Readers in form of viewing, reading by voice software, and making unlimited personal copies (printed or electronic).

COPYRIGHT AND AUTHORS' LICENSING

The Publisher (Slovak Histochemical Society) is the owner of all copyrights to any contents it publishes. This fact is acknowledged in all of its published materials, together with the licensing information and terms. All rights are reserved under the laws of the Slovak Republic, EU regulations, and additional international copyright and other laws and conventions. Before publishing in CRICKETT and in order to reach the stage of the final publication approval, Authors must agree to submit the requested signed copyright transfer forms pertaining to their contributions to be published by the Publisher. The Publisher and its licensees have all rights to use, alter, reduce, supplement, combine, reproduce, transmit, derive works from, share, publish, and distribute the contribution, either in the CRICKETT journal or otherwise, in any form or medium, and for any purpose. Authors are prohibited from use or authorizing any use of the contribution without the Publisher’s written consent, except as may be permitted by applicable law. Any prior postings of the pre-publication versions or their parts must be disabled, deleted or retracted not later than one week before the planned publication release in CRICKETT.

Exceptions from the above are permitted in the following specific cases:

A. The Publisher grants multiple fair article reuse permissions to the respective original Authors. The published versions of their CRICKETT articles can be subsequently used by Authors only as full, non-truncated, non-trimmed, non-reduced or otherwise non-altered copies, for the purposes of:

• Sharing take-home and in-class copies with students in their own home organizations for educational purposes.

• Sharing copies with colleagues for educational purposes anywhere in the world, on condition that students of those colleagues can only view and read the contents but will not receive their copies.

• Inclusion in the Authors' personal collections of their own or their teams' writings.

• Inclusion in their affiliated / home organization's bibliographies, records, libraries, and archives, which are not shared electronically outside the organization.

• Inclusion in the Author's own thesis (or its part) that is not publicly distributed or shared.

• Inclusion in the Author's own conference talks and other personal presentations that are displayed only at the time of oral presentation and not shared electronically or as physical copies.

B. The Publisher also grants the same conditions for parts of their CRICKETT publications (graphs, images, tables, etc.) on condition that each such part carries in it, or immediately before or immediately after, a complete bibliographic citation with a link to the CRICKETT journal's abstract page and the CRICKETT copyright notice in the form published in the respective article. In addition, small portions meeting the above criteria and not exceeding a single figure or a snapshot of a single article page, while also not exceeding 25 % of the entire article per every single instance of the article reuse, can also be used for the purposes of:

• Publicly shared or not-shared presentations, conference abstracts, or proceedings.

• Publicly shared or not-shared organizational booklets or memorial publications.

• Publicly shared or not shared monographs, reviews, and chapters.

The above grants of permissions apply only to the copyrighted materials that the Publisher owns and not to copyrighted items from other sources. TRADEMARK OWNERSHIP

The CRICKETT journal name, journal design, and its logo are copyrighted items and trademarks. Any use of these trademarks in connection with any activities that may cause confusion or mistake of any kind, or pretend being the CRICKETT journal or its Publisher or affiliate or collaborator, or deceive in any way, is strictly prohibited. The Publisher does not grant permission for its logo, article design, journal design, cover, or brand identity to be used in electronic or printed materials without permission. Permission will not be granted for reusing photographs depicting identifiable individuals.
